Do what ever your heart tells you. You know all the laws that are here are for those who just want the power to say the US flag should fly above. I would respect it just to stay out of trouble. You know we are also here and pound our feet to get the respect too. SO SHOW YOUR TRUE COLORS and don't be afraid!

Yes it is perfectly legal.
If you Fly the flag along with the US flag the US flag should be above the Mexican flag
Just dont forget about those that died to grant you that freedom though.
There is nothing wrong with honoring your heritage or I would have been locked up a long time ago for flying my Irish flag

I think it is legal to fly one, it needs to be on a pole, underneath the United States flag.

Yes and don't let others tell you not to. I have one on the front of my house without an american flag to accompany it. Also to the people who say its in bad taste and whatever and to go back to mexico if you want to fly the mexican flag well then tell that to all the people flying irish, english, italian, etc. flags to take theirs down as well. If you don't like mexican flags then you can't approve of any others as well.

We are in a FREE COUNTRY. That means that you may fly the Mexican flag on a pole. If you are also flying the American flag, protocol states that you should fly the US flag above the Mexican flag.

Legal? Yes - as long as if you are flying a USA flag, the nations flag is higher.
Smart? No - not a smart idea considering climate of today.

People who are proud of their heritage fly their home country's flags. This practice is tolerated in the USA, but definitely not appropriate. Seriously, the flag of any nation should not be displayed above that of another nation in time of peace. This goes without saying that it is not appropriate to raise the Mexican Flag on American soil, unless your house is the Mexican Embassy.

Yes. It is legal. But I agree that it isn't smart.
I have heard a lot of people say "This is America, not Mexico. If you want to fly your flags then do it in your own country."

Well its ok to do it, legally. However the American flag should be above it. If Mexico is so much better go back.
