Try to understand that they cannot understand you.Make peace with it and move on.Live is to short to worry about other people not understanding you.If you understand yourself you will be OK.

If your language is a problem, join an ESL class, or seek tutoring to improve your speech. If it is interpersonal communications, talk to a counselor. You would be surprised how many answers are out there waiting for you.

I invest my time and energy into understanding myself, and offering understanding to others. Don't worry so much about them understanding me.

try and talk to God, a therapist or try until someone does. there's bound to be someone who will if you try hard enough. Use visual aids? (hehe, I don't know) I'm wondering that myself often.
