Smirnoff is owned by Guinness / Diageo, so technically the same company brews lots of beer.

The Smirnoff label brews two 'malternative' beverages called Ice, and Ice Triple Black. They contain no vodka, and are brewed (like beer), not distilled (like vodka)...so it's similar to beer in that respect, but it isn't really beer.

Hope that helps.
Cheers!

Smirnoff has a wine cooler type of beverage called Smirnoff ice.
It reminds me of a Mikes hard lemonade. It is a bottled drink that comes in six packs.
They are nice on a hot day, grab one and enjoy!
