It is very interesting that so many people have such strong opinions about something that we DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO. There are hints in the Bible that he may have been married: Only married men could teach in the synagogue, which he did. Typically the groom was responsible for playing host at his wedding, which he did when he turned water into wine. The first person he appeared to after he was resurrected was Mary Magdalene, whom he told not to touch him...but then he let other people touch him. There are other hints. But the bottom line is: It's speculation and ultimately isn't really all that important to us.

Jesus did not get married.

According to scripture Jesus was NOT married; however, it was the norm for a rabbi in his 30's to be married. If he was married would that change your faith...would he cease to be your Savior. No where in scripture does it say that he could not have been married....marriage is not a perversion or sinful in God's sight and neither is sex within a marriage. I personally do not believe that He was married...not because he would be unclean if he was but because he
was aware of what his destiny was and that his sacrifice was necessary in order to fulfill God covenant with his people.

Jesus NEVER married. If you're getting this from the DaVinci Code, remember that it's a fictional novel.

I don't know where you got that from, because Jesus never got married. If you got that from the Da Vinci Code, it is not true but rather a hersey meant to discredit the truth of the Gospels.

The New Testament, written in the first century by eyewitnesses to Jesus life and death says he didn't. There is no historical evidence that he got married.

It's just speculation but I don't see why it would have been a problem. I believe Jesus came here to experience life as man so we would understand why we do the things we do, making him a better judge of us that way. He knows love, hate, desire and all the other feelings we feel. Hard to judge a goldfish from outside the bowl. But become the fish and you would understand why it does the things it does.

Because he was a normal, Jewish male...or maybe just to mess with our minds-hey! Jesus wasn't married, if it's not in the Bible it must not have happened...better be careful! Questions like that will get you in the express lane to hell...
