Isn't that the estimated amount that the U.S. spends per week on the war in Iraq?
Next thing I'm gonna hear is that the war in Iraq doesn't exist, because a billion dollars doesn't exist.
Guess this thingy is crazy, because it has counted the cost of the war at an estimated 300 billion dollars and counting.

How can I believe in 1 billion? Same reason that I believe my food gets digested in my small intestine even though I don't see it or that hormones like testosterone gives males seconday sex characteristics. You don't have to see something to believe it.
