I'd have long since died of hunger.
I spend all of my life doing other things. The fact that I 'deny God' (i.e. accept that He doesn't exist) doesn't actively take much of my time, in fact.
Anyway, whatever. I'd tell God that he might have tried being a little more convincing.

I'll get thrown into Purgatory for being a good-natured non-believer. I'll then sit there for who knows how long, until my slight against God is repaid. However, upon hitting Purgatory, I'd probably immediately accept his existence, as I would, you know, still exist myself.
