panasonic sc-ht940?

Does anyone have the panasonic sc-ht940 Home Thearter system? If you do, I'd really appreaciate it if you could tell me about the good and bad things about it. I'm planning to buy one, and I want to make sure that it's good enough for casual listeners.

hey, ive been considering buying that same theater. but something else caught my eye.
the JVC TH-C50, you should look into it. ive seen it and i cant decide between the 2

if you stick with the panasonic, keep in mind that while it is $499 in most stores, it is $399 in best buy. dont know why.
