Noooo, bad idea, because, someone is going to tell she got flowers, and it is gonna cause some major drama, i would recommend that you leave her alone, because i know, if some dude sent my woman flowers talkin about how he really felt, he would have a problem, and he would be 6'6" 256 lbs of 5% body fat, he wouldn't even want that trouble.

talk to her first as a friend cuz if u get in frint of anything that is going on with her botfriend dont get in the middle of it! tal to her and say u no i no that u really have a bf but i have feeling for u and tell her what u are feeling inside say ireally like u and i whouls reakllt like to go out with u but i see u have a boyfriend and see where it goese fromt there!!! good luck!!
