I look for a nice balance of both. Not too intelligent, that she would win every arguement. Not too vain to know she's a beauty and wouldn't have to try hard. Intelligence without wit and humor is a waste. Gotta smile and laugh at my jokes and understand when I kid her.

Someone who keeps you on your feet for what? 50 years? They better be beautiful and intelligent.
