In hawii the age of concent is 12 so if somone commits the crime of molestation a 12yr old but goes to?

hawii b4 the cops catch him will they still have to bring him in?

The crime was still committed in the other state. As such, the person will be arrested in Hawaii and extradited (essentially transferred under police custody to the local police where the crime was committed) for trial in the state where the molestation occurred.
