Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying. Loose as much as you want to !
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

You are about to go through some major changes. You will have high's and low's. I had the surgery almost 3 years ago, here is my experience.

Before surgery. Fat. Really fat. Depressed because nothing I wore looked good on me. I hurt all the time from arthritis. No fun.

Day of surgery. Nervous as all get out. A little frightened. A lot excited. As soon as I got out of surgery and my family went home for the night I sat there and cried thinking...Oh my God! What did you do?

First two weeks after surgery. Nervous. Scared and anxious. I was in some pain and scared to eat, drink or poop. Everything is new. I just tried to follow my doctors advice. Oh...and take your pain medicine. They give it to you for a reason. You will heal quicker if your body is not in pain.

3-6 months after surgery. Doing well. Feeling better and more confident everyday. I was the center of attention in most situations. People wanting to know how I was doing, what I could eat...all kinds of questions. By the end of six months I had lost 70 lbs and went from a size 26 to a size 12.

12 months after surgery. I hit my goal and felt on top of the world...until everyone started treating me differently. People who didn't talk to me before now instantly wanted to be my friend. Men started coming onto me in and out of work. I felt flattered and insulted at the same time. I was very confused.

Almost two years later I a still at my goal weight of 118 and a size 2. I am active and happy and totally in control of my life. Gastric Bypass was the best thing I ever did for myself...but it's not for everyone. It is a life change. If you don't change your eating habits you will cause yourself some health problems. Oh, you might also go through a mourning period. Some bypass patients mourn food.

My advice to you is to find a support group. Either on line or local in your area. They really do help.

Good luck!

I had the gastric bypass on July 10, and did get anxious right before I had it. I had never been nervous about surgery before mostly of one I had waited for so long to have. Don't worry, ANY surgery has complications, but this one has many more benefits afterwards, the weight loss makes you feel so much better. Follow all directions and you will do fine. If you do all you are told you will do as great as I have and Will loose weight right away and feel great.

Think of all the benefits of why you are having the surgery and how you have tried and waited and how much better you will feel.
Don't worry, think of happy times that are to come.

Gastric Bypass Surgery/gastrectomy/lapband (all types of weight loss surgery) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges obesity surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as obesity surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your lobesity surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her obesity surgery in India throught the forerunners healthcare .SHe is more than very happy with the results. She has lost 55lbs in 5 months. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.hope this helps

absolutely. My mother in law's sister went through this. Don't let it get you down, and take the time to think about how much better you will feel once the surgery is over.
