There is growing significant evidence as technology advances, information becomes readily available, and science makes more in-roads into the truth of life, that more and more religious people are starting to see the light and folly of their beliefs.

So many people have been criminally brainwashed from early childhood about religion and how they will be punished, that even today when in their hearts they know what they’ve been taught is false, they are just too scared to speak out or walk away from religion, without the help and support of others.

Fortunately through technology, the internet, and science, people can now learn the truth about the savagery and blatant criminal ways of the Bible and all other religions which are nothing more than wicked cults. This has to be good for our children.

It’s time to think, learn and walk away from religion once and for all. Let’s make Earth a happy planet without all this wickedness.

Science and religion are NOT at odds with each other. You are creating a false dichotomy by only focusing on fundamentalists. Not all religions or sects teach fear and "savagery".

Religion, in it's essence, teaches us how to be kind and honourable, to be grateful for the many great gifts from our Creator, and to have hope in the face of mortality. Science, for all it's usefulness, cannot fulfil that role.

Brenda, have you ever heard of the 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States?
Do you not realize that every person in this country has the right (God given right, according to the Declaration of Independence) to worship God in his/her own way, and to teach their beliefs to their children?
I can understand if you are angry and/or upset that someone, whether it was your parents, or some visiting missionaries tried to force their religion down your throat, but I think you might be over reacting. Lots of people, yes, even people who grew up in religious families, are very happy and content with their faith. Don't assume that because YOU are rebelling against what YOU were taught that YOUR feelings apply to everyone else.
In the meantime, if you think someone is abusing their children (yes, that would include stressing the terrible punishments God will inflict on "bad little boys and girls", and it's called mental or emotional abuse), please, please, please, call CPS (Children's Protection Service).
NOBODY ought to be able to abuse kids that way, no not even in the name of their god. And that comes to you from a Christian mother who has raised seven kids of her own, as well as having been an influence (let us hope for good) in the lives of a GREAT many other kids, including my fourteen grandkids.

No, however the ideas is nearly an excellent spong that doesn't question something you placed into it. that's litterally impossible to no longer brainwash your little ones as you may desire to completely application them interior the 1st place. otherwise they only consume and make an excellent mess interior the cornertr and make incohearant sounds and attact issues. (on the subject of the monkey point on the evolutionary chain) i'm going to take a pair brainwashed Christians-muslims or in spite of over that mess.

Is it brainwashing your child to tell them that if they cross the street without looking, they can get hit by a car? The truth presented to us in the Bible is just as much a fact as the sky being the color blue. The mistake many people make is to think that we can just believe whatever we want to. God is trying to help us understand the meaning and purpose of our lives and all that we see around us. Many humans have developed a mistaken belief that this is all somehow just a lot of fiction and we don't have to believe it if we don't want to. That is just as foolish as a child who says "i don't want to listen to my parents" and then runs into a busy street without looking.

You are in rebellion against God..... Aetheistic parents have contributed nothing but destruction to this world.....you demonstrate savagery and hostility by your own comments....so who are you to complain about anyone?

By the way, i AM a scientist, and science cannot disproove anything that is taught in the bible.

In your question you assume three incorrect things:

Atheist parents could not possibly ever brainwash their child(wrong)

Children of atheist are the only individuals who could make this planet a happy place(Yet look how empty, shallow, and pathetic the lives of children of hollywood are - the ultimate atheist me me me paradise of material good pursuit and self love).

All children who believe in a higher ethical code and a fundamental moral standard based on a spiritual grounds are automatically brainwashed(wrong).

Does that mean you folks who is so clear headed that you stop buying toys in Christmas, and telling your kids Santa Clause is not coming?

Hey, better yet, forget about going to movies, they are all fake.
It seems to me that, we are not the only one having problem with reality.
Blaming wickedness on religion seems so illogical. I didn't see any "friday 13th" movie came out from any church.

Simply because their lives do not reflect their beliefs and the blessings they want for their child/ren and they are too weak and selfish to change their lifestyles!
