if u highlight ur hair at the salon and then sit out in the sun for example...does the sun fade higlighted hair or make it look brighter? and if u straighten highlighted hair will the heat fade the color too?

I am a beautician. If you are a person who highlights their hair, the best thing for you to do, is for you to wear a cap on your head. I also think chlorine is the worst for you hair.

The sun will make the highlights brighter, I don't think it will make them fade cause my friend recently got their hair highlighted and they are in the sun everyday and it is not doing anything to their hair.
I don't know about a hair straightener though. I think it would make the highlights fade eventually.

wat colors do you have? it depends my sis had her hair red and she put hight lightsthe same to and it shined with her hair!! so i wil have to say yes it soes shine with the hair!!
