Abraham Lincoln: hmmm.....he would be shocked that blacks and whites go to school together, with other cultures and relgions even. And even have babies together in state sanctioned weddings.
reasonbeing:
He was an abolitionist because he preferred to keep the races separate, not becuase he was a hero. He wanted emancipation because he DIDN"T want races to be in close enough proximity to breed unwanted mulattos, not because he had a big heart. He did this also to weaken southern resistance in the union, for purely political purposed o hurt southern farmers, who made much profit off of slave plantations and not for the benefit of the Black population. Research your stories of original abolitionists, you find their motive may be far from what you thought it was. The 13th amendment wrote slavery INTO the constitution. By saying that we can put prisoners to work for as long as they are "imprisoned." Today, blacks make up the fastest growing population of prisoners exceeding their percentage in the civilian population. They are often sentenced tougher for the same crime as their white counterparts.
I think Lincoln would flip! The horror! the horror! ha ha sorry lincoln!

I presume you mean Lincoln -
This man was something else in his leadership as well as kindness. The only time he reprimanded someone in a letter, to a general in fact, where he was even mildly heavy handed and was in fact correcting a behavior was never sent and found after his death in his desk

He wouldn't be president. He wouldn't be in politics - he wouldn't be rich enough, corrupt enough and would probably be disgusted with the modern political system.
