- Both of you are mature enough and ready
- Make sure the person doesn't already have a girlfriend or boyfriend.

Well, I guess when it feels right you can go for it, but if you are shy you can just wait til the other person makes the first move, don't worry about it so much it'll come naturally =]

This is 2006,I think girls make the moves now too,maybe not as much as the guys but I think a girl has every right if they want to!

If you really like him a lot....... put your hand on his face and give him a small kiss on the lips. He will get the message... some guys are afraid that if they kiss first, the girl may not like it.

My stock answer is:
Make strong eye contact, turn your head, move in one or two inches and watch for the reaction.
If no reaction happens, kiss them on the forehead.
That's about all you can do!

i usually will wait tell he makes the first move or it's kinda a together thing.
