University of Sussex, MPhys Theoretical Physics.
The best part was living in Brighton - the BEST place to live in the world!
We had mates come from all different Universities and they all agreed Brighton is excellent, I highly recommend Sussex.
The worst part is the cost of living, so bloody expensive, just get a job though, such a huge student population there's plenty of bar work and stuff like that.

Yes, two in fact.
Staffordshire University and Keele University
Chemistry
Best Part - getting pissed all the time and meeting new people and joining clubs and societies in particular becoming President of the Rock Society and DJing on the Uni Radio Station
Worst Part - Lectures and course work, I chose the most boring subject in the world and would have done something more interesting if I had the choice again

My first degree I did part time through the Open University. It was a surprisingly brilliant experience. My second degree I did at Manchester Metropolitan University and it sucked. I studied History, Politics and Economics with the OU. The best parts were a feeling of getting through the assignments. The worst parts were tiredness because I still worked full time.

I didn't go but my brother went to Brunel Uni in Middlesex I think it was. He had a great time till he met a bird who messed his head up. My advice would be if you do go and meet a love interest, have fun with them but stay focused on your studies too. He has got a great job now on the back of his degree (which he didn't pass) but because he completed the course employers are more likely to employ you than someone like me who might have the experience but not the uni education. Go and have fun but work hard too. Good luck babes. x

Did degree in Ipswich- don't go there.
Did PGCE in UEA- Norwich. Would be a really cool uni for a younger student as all on big campus with its own lake, but only short bus ride from town. Only prob is Norwich is a bit stuck out there in the sticks.

Many years ago! Lancaster. Best part was living on campus and the social life. Studious people found the work challenging, and less studious people were able to cope. Worst part was living in Morecambe in the second year, but someone told me that it happens less now.

Leicster, biological sciences...

Best - gigging with the band, great cheap curries, playing 'Rainbow Islands' for days on end when I should've been in lectures, life-long friends (and enemies), mucho rumpy-pumpy

Worst - being skint, cold in the winter, people nicking your stuff out of the fridge, the exams, lol

I'd recommend Leicester, not too big, not too small, good reputation...
