yes makes you smile because your in total control , nice feeling sometimes , we all have this in us and it will show sometime during your lifetime ..

No, I felt very satisfied when I made someone cry and it made me smile, it made up for all the times he had treated me badly and I'd stupidly allowed it to happen.
I didn't feel cruel at all, it felt like karma. I just thought "well now you know how it feels and it serves you right".
