Since no one keeps up with IQ & political leanings, there is no way to know the answer to your question.
My IQ is 169 & I am very conservative. I have some inteeligent friends who are Democrats & Republicans too.

I'm a conservative with an IQ of 126.
My husband is an ultra conservative with an IQ of 147.
my mother is a far right winger with an IQ of 145.
Dad is a conservative like me with an IQ of 130-ish.
But I am guessing there's Forrest Gumpers, too. There's brilliant people and idiots in both parties.

Overall, they are both equal, don't be ridiculous, raw intelligence has nothing to do with how you see the world. Liberals and conservatives in America aren't all that different anyway. It's called compromise.

They've conducted several polls, and I believe the difference is generally onlly 2 or so points (in either direction, depending on which poll you look at.)
