I am baking chicken breasts and sliced potatoes in alum. foil in the oven. I would like to get some suggestions as to what else to serve with the chicken and potatoes.

Asparagus ,beans ,fresh spinach salad .
Anything green and healthy to slow the absorption of carbs.
The right portions of protiens,carbs and fats helps avoid diabetes.

grilled asparagus; boil till tender than place in ice water, just before dinner service grill for about 30 secons than serve

2. green beans, squash casserole, and sliced tomato's and cucumbers in italian dressing
3. broccoli florets with cheez whiz sauce, corn, and sliced tomato's and cucumbers in italian dressing
4. broccoli casserole, grilled squash slices/chopped red bell pepper/sliced yellow onion medley in aluminum foil packages, and sliced tomato's and cucumbers in italian dressing
5. english peas, sauteed mushrooms, and fried cream corn
6. purple hull peas, fried cream corn, and sliced tomato's and cucumbers

all with texas toast, ice tea to drink, and strawberry shortcake!
