My wife is in the philippines right now. No it not possible to go anywhere to work without a work permit and visa. We are waiting on hers so she can move and work herself. It takes a while to get one and to process so get started early to knock off the waiting time. Good luck.

No, its not possible.You MUST have a work permit to enable you to work. Checks are now much tighter here.
