actually they predict that there will be even more jobs available to support the new technologies for energy production in the future ...i predict that by the year 2025 most motor vehicals will be electric fuel cell powered ans alot of the energy demands will be met by wind and solar power ... i especially like the idea of huge tethered windmills flying in the stratopheres' high winds... there will be turmoil as things go into transition and those profiting for oil have to invest into the new technologies but it doesnt mean a storm is coming ...nope ... the real problem is going to be political and those that are trying to be on top ... there will most likely be a major showdown between the US and asia in the near future and depending on how that goes it could set things back years ... or worse .... psychic ha. ....just look at reality
