Ok Christians, since you call me childish, I'll apologize for by indecent behavior. I am sorry. I had no right to degrade your religion. Therefore I have a modest Proposal. Why not make evolution a religion???? Since Darwin had a degree in theology, why not make evolution a religion, so you guys can mock us too. Darwin and Wallace never got degrees in Science and Lamark never got a degree in science. Therefore, I am proposing that we make evolution a religion so we can have a good old fashioned debate about our "religions". I

The difference between science and religion is that science, including evolution, relies on observations and evidence and such. Religion is about dictums handed down from a priest. Darwin's books could be burned and lost forever and it wouldn't mean a thing for evolution.

Theory has advanced quite a bit since Darwin's time, anyway.

What good is a degree in theology taught by men when the knowledge should be gained by yourself.

It already is. It is, was, and always will be a philosophy, a belief system. Nothing more, nothing less.
