RE:
Does anyone know how many calories a salami sandwich has in it? or an estimate.?

Depending on the other ingredients on the sandwich and what type of salami you use, it should be around 600-800 calories.

I work in a sub shop. A 7 inch sandwich, with cheese, oil, lettuce, onions, tomatos, and salt has 817 calories, 51 grams of fat, with 16 grams of saturated fat. Here's the big one, though, it has 2115 mg of sodium, so if you are watching your sodium, avoid the salami.

Don't worry about the calories watch the fat content.
If something has 50% fat or less you could eat it.
Say it has 60 calories (like salami) and 40 calories from fat ... You should NOT eat it.
Bologna is worse ....90% fat

WAY TOO MANY....
Salami is like the worst (really fatty)
Regular white bread is like 100 cals. a slice
If you use Diet Wheat it is 35 cals. per slice
If you use white bread...I would estimate about 400 cals.for a salami sandwhich

About 400. 100 for each slice of bread. 100 for the salami, and 100 for the mayo!

2 slices genoa-145
2 slices hard-85
2 pieces of bread-160(white bread, that doesn't count with wheat)

add approxmately 100-300 depending on cheese and condiments and you've got anywhere from 345 to 600+

It depends on the bread, the salami, and anything else you may put on it. Just add up the calories of the ingredients you use.
