Why are all the muslims I meet so nice?

I'm not muslim but I have been to Saudi arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, United Arab emirates and Senegal. They have had the biggest hearts I have ever met. I don't personally agree with their view of women but it is getting better. They are getting westernized and changes are happening. Their cultures are adapting.
But really, I have never met nicer people than the muslims. Very humble and generous. There are ones who worship money and claim to be muslims. Those are the terrorists, money is their god.
This isn't made up.

True muslims are indeed beautiful and genuine people. Extremists are the ones to look out for. But there are extremists in most religions...look at the KKK.

Have you been to the Pre EU? They were the best peoples in the world. Anyhow the Muslim religion in its true form is more accepting then Hebrew (The chosen people) and Christianity (The fulfillment of the covenant) From a macro prospective Muslims think everyone is God's chosen just that others who don't believe are simply misguided (For the true Jihad is within) so with that said don't worry about what religion someone is as people are all basically the same. It is cultures which are different but this is a good thing as it make the world a beautiful place. It will be a sad day when McDonald's lines the streets of the middle east.

Muslims are well known for their hospitality. Unfortuantely, they are very nice in their own country so long as you don't express a differing point of view. Muslim are not tolerant of people other than of their own fate, and even then a Sunni would hate a Shiite, and vice versa. Furthermore, the extermist element which is substantial in the Muslim world, overshadows any favorable opinions you might otherwise have.

I have known Lebanese, Egyptian, and Saudi Arabian people, very educated, very wealthy, and charming. However, when you get down to it, they see a world that is entirely Muslim, even if force is needed, and don't take any accountability for their own people. Until that changes, and the extreme element within Islam is under check, there will never be peace in the world, certainly not in the Middle East, not with each other, and certainly not with Israel.

I couldn't believe seeing "peaceful" demonstrating in Europe with people holding signs that say "Europe will be Muslim even by force" or "Behead those who insult Islam" or "Exterminate those who slander Islam." This is from a demonstration in England. If that doesn't incite hatred, I don't know what does.

So, yes, you are correct, Muslims are very nice people so long as you don't challenge their tunnel vision and extreme point of view.

Thank Allah Islam is such a peaceful religion! Can you imagine if it weren't??! Let freedom reign!

I have many friends that are Muslim. They are some of the Best I have!! You can not judge the Muslim religion and Beliefs by those radicals that twist it to their Purposes such as Saddam or Osahma Binladin. or any others Like Hezbollah or the Taliban. They are twisting what the Koran and Muslim texts actually state to their own devices. Much like Several Main stream religions in the U.S.A. do to get what they want from society, the Government and other religions.

They are great People of this world, they have much to offer as friends, and they are peaceful. The radicals have given them a bad name. not their true beliefs.

We are all God's children....it is just that some do not
recognize who God really is...money is not a God, statues

loves us. Weather or not we are good, or kind it will not get
us to heaven. But it is truly wonderful that you can see the
good in other cultural differences. Everyone has the opportunity
to become a Christian, there are not many real Christians, for
real Christians are not perfect, but they are few, for so very
many do not know how to be a Christian really. To practice
Christianity is very very very very difficult, but it has the greatest
reward of all....It has eternal life! Perhaps you can be a great example of a Christian to these nonbeliver muslims!

Maybe you just happened to find a few nice ones. Religion really doesn't determine what a person's personality will be. They could have just as likely been nice Shintoists, Hinus, or Atheists. Don't let the terroists in the world make you think all Muslims are evil.

Islam was very peacefull religion at start, that's why it spread so fast in 8th century ( starting from 700)
Muslims are more spritual than Christians but again Radicals are taken thier path and making religion look terrible.

Society and the media have twisted the ways we view Muslims. Not all Muslims are terrorists, but the media wants you to think they are. Muslims are human beings just like us. They are firm in their faith and yes, many of them are extremely nice.
God loves EVERYONE...Christians, Muslims, Buddhists.
So really, they are nice...some people just have wrong opinions.
