If you are talking about Jewish or Christian, then in Genisis, the word Benei Elohim (sons of god) was first used to describe the angels. Also, the king of Isreal was described as Tanakh (son of god), specifically King David. Also, the people of Isreal are collectively called Tanakh (god's son).
Although, the oldest instance in recorded history of a person that claimed to be a son of god was ancient Sumerian. Gilgamesh, the fifth king of Uruk, was supposedly the son of the goddess Ninsun.

I would figure from a historical standpoint, the first ever recorded "son" of God in a religion would probably be Brahma son of the supreme being Brahman. Since Hinduism is one of the oldest religions in the world, correct me if i'm wrong.

Surah 112) The Unity (Ikhlas)
1. Say: He, Allah is One.
2. All ah is He on Whom we all depend.
3. He begets not, nor is he begotten.
4. And none is like Him.
(I figured that since all these answers were Jewish or Christian beliefs, an Islamic point of veiw would be useful.)
If you consider every person a son of God, then is suppose it depends on your definition of Human. Lucy maybe?)
