I've never had it, but I typed "rosehip syrup" into GOOGLE for you and it came back with a bunch of websites to go to, some of which give you the recipe to make it yourself.

Always went to the baby clinic for it as a baby drink for my young sisters. Eventually got banned due to high sugar content.

You can't buy it anywhere in the shops, I don't think, but here's a place online you can buy it.
Wasn't it divine on rice pudding?!
Atkins and Potts (www.atkinsandpotts.com), £3.50 for 200g.

Have a look at this recipe - you can make your own! I did once, and it was lovely - just as I remembered it from childhood, when we had 'Delrosa' rose hip syrup. Mmmmm!
