Management of what? Food or retail?
Restaurant mangement is hard labor but you'll have a chance to run your own someday.
Retail mangement like working for Macy's... there's alot of competition.

Most jobs out here have an adjusted pay scale due to the cost of living being higher in this area.

Leo, LA has great jobs that pay very well for qualified candidates. I would recommend brushing up on your writing (and speaking skills if they are like your typing) to help land a position of this type. Search HOTJOBS on yahoo or monster.com for plenty of choices. Good Luck.
