my aunt was on this diet several years ago and she lost LOTS of weight in about a year to year and a half. the only problem was that as soon as she stopped eating their food, guess what happened. i think your best bet if you want to lose weight is either go see a dietitian or to to www.mypyramid.gov to lose weight the right way and it would probably be alot cheaper.

This diet is super expensive so is jenny craig. yes you will lose weight but once you are on your own you will gain it back unless you have learned portion control. that is all nutrisystem is it has the portions already laid out for you.

Yes I am on a nuteral diet I eat anything put on my plate. don't mater to me what it is as long as i get to eat!!
