Yes. A lot. But people usually take the good things for granted. And many of the bad things happening in the world are because of people's own faults. Humans somehow expect that God will make everything right without their even asking him and even though he has given humans free will.

Let's see: God gave me arthritis, diabetes, a bad back and several cheating women. God gives us endless war and a President who can't extract his head from his behind, much less respond appropriately to the hurricane disaster in New Orleans. God takes the good from us wholesale and leaves us with a crowd of pluperfect b a s t a r d s. God takes care of us? Shoot, I'm ready to let the Devil have a crack at it. He sure couldn't do any worse than this "God" creature!

hell no. In fact, it makes me wonder if there really is a 'God.' If he took such good care of us, then we wouldn't have starving children. We wouldn't have child abuse, we wouldn't have robberies, or murders. If 'God' took care of us, he would protect us and help us when we asked. He has NEVER helped me and I highly doubt that 'He' ever will.
So if you believe he does, then you can sit back and relax. Watch some tv and wait for everything you ever wanted in life to fall into your lap (ie. the woman/man of your dreams, a nice car, a new house, maybe a feast every now and then) and you let me know how it goes.
I work for what I need. 'God' hasn't helped me find food every night, he hasn't given me any money to pay my bills or get me a car. Nothing.
'He' does absolutely nothing... if he is even there.

Yes, I've always prayed to God to take care of me, and he has given me a wonderful job and open so many doors for me that I never saw before! I'm baby of the family and I'm doing way better then my brother and sister...they are still trying to become something in life I'm already something I'm just working to be better and I always will its what keeps my blood flowing!

If you accept Jesus you become part of the family of God and he will always take care of you. Even when you die God takes care of you by letting you into Heaven. Don't get discouraged, God is always there.
