Ok, don't make fun of me for this, but I don't know how to make a messy bun! I know the whole point of a messy bun is for it to be messy, but how do I do It. I can make a bun bu putting my hair up in a ponytail and not pulling through all the way, but that isn't what I'm talking about. Please help!

This is how I do the "messy bun."
1. Go to bed with wet hair
2. In the AM: Put an elastic on your wrist.
3. bend over/flip hair (my hair is long and will reach my knees when I do this)
4. Pull hair together in hand (side withOUT elastic)
5. Pull elastic over hair - pulling hair through 1/2 way
6. Loop elastic around again, pulling in random ends that were sticking out.
7. Loop it a 3rd time.
It's hard to describe this in words!! But my technique requires flipping my hair over and just pulling the elastic around random pieces of hair...experiment. However, your hair may also be too fine :-(

hi! i was actually wondering the same thing, and i googled it and found this site helpful
1. Put you hair in a ponytail.
2. 2. Face your head down and scatter your evenly to make a circle. Then tie an elastic around the middle of that. After you do that it will kinda look like you have a small donut in the middle of your head with hair sticking out from the back of it in all directions.
3. Then stick all the hair that is sticking out into the elastic that you tied in #2.

Maybe try putting your bun up with your eyes closed. It would be messy lol

placed it decrease back in a pony tail. interior the front around ur face pull some strands out. then with ur pony tail unfold each and all of the hair out around it and placed an elastic in it. pull some strands out of it and voila. For a stunning touch upload a headscarf or ribbon

what you do is take a toothed comb and take the end and pull out little hairs and there you go
