Henry Davis and Vienna Beef Chicago?

Does anyone know what position he ehld in the company and what his contributions were? I think he was a VP in the 40's-60's.

Henry was my grandfather. He was VP of sales and was instrumental in building Chicago's independent hot dog stands. He was honored in 1989 by the city of Chicago and State of Illinois along with coca cola and others.
