i would die if she gets sick!!!

No your cat will not be okay. There is a good possibility that it will grow to maturity and reproduce. Get it spayed asap.

watch her/him carefully for the next few days.....if the kitten starts to act weird (other than the normal behaviour for a kitten), take the kitten to the vet. But I don't think she/he will be in any sort of danger. But in the future, try to polish your nails/toes where they can dry before you come into contact with your kitten. Better be safe than sorry!

she's fine, did you know that when you mop your floor, you should keep your cats off it till it dries, because it gets on their paws and later they lick their paws and they get the cleaner in their mouth. Alot of people do not know this and their cats are still alive! So there is an example(kinda) Plus most nail polish is non-toxic.

give it lots of water because it is a small cat and a little bit to you might be a lot to it and water (or milk) would dilute it

If it's REALLY a tiny bit, then yes, your kitten will be fine.... just be more responsible.
