I love yorkshire pudds epecially with Gravy and i hate gravy. The first time I had them was when i visited England and they are very rare.

me. I love homemade ones. They are so easy to make. Forget auntie bessies. One cup of flour, one egg and one cup of milk, whisked together with salt and pepper seasoning. add to a hot pan of oil and cook for 20 - 30 minutes.

there is never enough if you make small ones so i make large round ones and put the roast dinner in them.
my son likes them with sausage and mash.
