Hey - none of youse heard of 'Toad-in-the-hole??? - home made yorkshire puds stuffed with sausages??? fabulous - real gut buster food.

I love yorkshire pudds epecially with Gravy and i hate gravy. The first time I had them was when i visited England and they are very rare.

me. I love homemade ones. They are so easy to make. Forget auntie bessies. One cup of flour, one egg and one cup of milk, whisked together with salt and pepper seasoning. add to a hot pan of oil and cook for 20 - 30 minutes.

I've still not worked out the attraction,but my husband and my son, both of whom have reasonably good taste buds, really like the stuff.

Hell yeah!! ! Large one first with loads of gravy, then 2 smaller with meat, veg and again loads of gravy (DROOL)

there is never enough if you make small ones so i make large round ones and put the roast dinner in them.
my son likes them with sausage and mash.
