Oh No.....quite the contrary! I would think him sensitive and caring and not afraid to show his emotions. I'd probably respect him more.

No, I like a man with some feelings! I don't mean crying all of the time - but that is one seriously tear wrenching movie. Be happy that you can cry, and hope that your girlfriend can deal with a man who has something in his heart. Personally, I have more respect for a man who can show his feelings than one who is too 'macho' to have any.

A little misty, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. But when you add whining and complaining all the freaking time, uhmm that gets whimpy and old. As long as you don't fall into that category, you're fine. I don't like men that constantly whine and cry, I don't do it, so I can't handle someone else that does. Seems like you should cry a little more, you're g/f really liked it. Just don't cross the line!
Best Wishes!

The only time its not okay to cry is when you get in a fight and you get hit...now if you get misty eyed during a movie it just means you can relate to the movie or you are in touch with you feeling and are not afraid to show it.

No, it's fine. My boyfriend is very romantic and highly emotional. He would cry watching a movie if he could relate to the sorrow in the movie. I love that in him becasue it means he has a pure heart.

No way do I lose respect. It think it's much more human to show emotions. In our culture, males are raised to avoid showing any emotions because it's considered "weak". I think that's bull****. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when my husband gets misty.

I don't lose respect for a little mistyness, as long as your not balling all over yourself. i think it's cool when a guy is comfortable enough to show his true emotions in front of his girl.

Nope. I'd rather have a guy sniffle at a movie than tell me to suck it up or deal with it when a crisis arises. Sensitivity is NOT a bad thing! Kudos to you!

Not at all. I think a man that can show his emotions like that, in my book, is a very passionate man.
