I'm not a Biblical scholar, but I believe that the "rapture" will not happen until sometime during the tribulation. http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?book_id=59&chapter=4&verse=15&end_verse=17&version=31&context=context
I thessalonians which talks about the Rapture, also talks about the Trumpet sounding.

In Revelations chapter 8 it talks about the Trumpet Judgements which go until chapter 11:14-16.

If you look at the chapters preceeding, a lot of Christians die, so I believe the Christians are going to go through a lot of hard times in the future.

So my question to you is: if we are to go through the Tribulation, what should we do to prepare for this time?

Jesus comes to us everyday. I don't know about any rapture. I do know that if you treat your neighbors like you would like Jesus to treat you you will experience Jesus' coming each day. Look into the eyes and face of your neighbor and you just may see Jesus.

It's said that "If a sparrow falls, the Father is aware of it."

In light of this ... God is and always has been present ... little do they know, who sit idle and "wait."
