Regular wash.
Turn them inside out before you put them in the washing-machine - it helps them keep their colour.

T-shirts - warm, regular.

Delicate is only if you are washing Delicate clothes - things that are lacey or - well, delicate!

Wash light colours and dark colours and whites separately

I believe in cold washing everything. As for the jeans, wash inside out on regular speed, then put in dryer on medium heat, drying only until warm. Let dry hanging the remaining time. For T-shirts, cold, too, and perhaps on delicate, with the same drying routine....hot water and hot dryer reduce the life of fabrics. And

Jeans need extra time to dry, so I wash them separate from other clothes. Put them on regular/cotton wash and cold water. Then dry them on medium heat (unless you're going for the skin tight look, then go with high heat).

As for t-shirts, it depends on the color and type of material. If it's white, then go for hot water, colors should be on cold. If the material is cotton or a cotton blend, use the regular cycle, if it's silk or something fragile (beadwork or appliques) then use the delicate cycle. Dry cotton or cotton blend shirts on medium heat and hang the delicates on a hanger to dry (if you're running low on time you can put the delicates in the dryer but make sure to use low heat or air fluff).

This is cute. So your jeans won't shrink I would wash them this time in cold water on a regular wash and the t-shirts on warm water on a regular wash. I wash my jeans in warm water sometimes. A general rule of thumb but it doesn't always apply is wash WHITES in HOT water, colored clothes in warm water, and DARK (Red and Black) clothes in COLD water. Have a good date!

I hate when jeans shrink, so I usually wash on regular cold and dry on a low setting. T shirts can go in the same load

Regular is fine . If jeans are regular blue to dark use cold water.
turn them inside out. t-shirts whites hot, colors like hot pink are considered medium they get warm, and dark colors always get cold water.

How do you go through life without doing laundry, hmm...anyway wash your jeans in cold water but let them air dry, but since you have a date tonight dry them on a low setting, it not only makes them shrink but it ruins the jeans.

To avoid fading, wash clothes inside out in cold water on regular, short cycle. Don't overdo it on the detergent.
