The most obvious signs of dehydration are lack of sweating, unable to urinate and dry flush skin. I tell my new guys in the fire department, If you can not pee on command then you are likely close to dehydration. drink lots of clear fluids ie: Gatorade, powerade and water. DO NOT drink just water, water has no electrolytes to replenish the ones your body has lost. Drink 1 bottle of water for every bottle of Gatorade.

minor dehydration can be as simple as feeling hungry, or craving something. Severe dehydration can be dark urine, muscle cramps, no salvia, no tears, confusion, and the symptoms go on.

pinch your skin on your arm if it sticks up after you relase you are dehydrated! also if you feel dizzy and have a headache and you have been throwing up a lot or doing number 2 a lot call a doc to be sure of your symptoms

I was dehydrated before.
1. your stomach starts to hurt.
2. you get a headache
3. you go really really pale
4. you start to throwup
p.s.- you won't have a high tempurature, it's normal.

Thirst. Headache. The skin on the back of your hand gets dry and stays up if you pinch it. Your pee is very dark and smelly.

There are several but the biggest one is your urine being a dark shade.
