I'm trying to prepare for chilcare for my unborn son. I just need to know how I can get BEGIN, ACD or any other childcare vouchers. I qualify for them but I don't know how I can go about gettintg them. I live in NYC. PLEASE HELP
(I heard that I may have to go through welfare to get these vouchers..is that true???)

You cannot apply until the baby is born. Contact the department of human services where you live or wherever you apply for Medicaid and WIC at, they can help you.
If you cannot get these numbers look in your phone book for the Chamber of Commerce and they will get you in the right direction.
