another mole removal question help!?

i just got a mole removed a month ago by laser and now i have a red spot where it used to be, but there's also a little tiny brown spot. is it a burn mark, or is it my mole growing back? is it possible for a mole to grow back that soon?

I would put apple cider vinegar on the area and put a bananna peel over it and tape it down overnight for a few days in a row to see if the spot would go away.
