I was a victim of that stand, and till this day, people are still dying under their so called stand as Observers only. And yet people are still wondering why angry protesters are attacking the UN. if they cannot protect the people of that country thats in crisis, then whats the point of coming there, only to be witnesses? someone please explain this to me. For I really see the UN as a big lie to the society of tomorrow. I do not want to lose faith in such a major and important organization, but yet a lot need to be answered.

What do you want them to do? Send an Army?

If you remember, Israel was attacked, and has a right to defend themselves!

I don't like the innocent lives lost, but those killed in Lebanon wouldn't even dent the number we have killed in Iraq!

Maybe Hezbollah were correct when they said they didn't expect the reaction! Maybe they will think a little harder next time!

They already know they don't do anyone any good. That's why they throw a fit any time someone enforces any of their resolutions.

It's all about politics, not people! Sad but true. Sorry for everything you had to endure!
