My boyfriend just told me the other day that he realizes that this relationship is it for him and it kind of scares him. What does this mean? Is it a good or bad thing?

It depends on how he said it. Was he in a bad mood when he said or did he give signals that weren't too happy when he said it? If so then he probably meant that the relatinship is coming to an end and very soon. If it was the other way around and he seemed cheerful or just normal then he most likely meant that this is probably the last relationship he wants to have. That could be a good thing because it means he content and wants to settle. Your the only one that knows your boyfriend better than anybody, what I would do is ask him what he meant. I would have asked that the moment he said it to me. Ask him as soon as you can so you know where you stand with him.

Both. When a guy says that the relationship is it for him, that means that he doesn't want any other relationship but yours. He might change his mind, though, and that makes it a bad thing too. Weigh your options and if the relationship seems like its great, then sail away, honey...but if he's SCARED!!!!, then maybe he needs to reevaluate what he wants. If the relationship is IT, then he should not be afraid. Sometimes we just don't understand men....they really are from mars!

Okay the way I am taking it is that he is happy with you and that is ir for him is does not need anyone else. He is going to take it to the next step. But then I am thinking that u need to tell us more about the relationship. If you guys argue you alot is he saying this is it like " he is down with being in a relationship right now" ... see it is hard to say when i do not know his expression.. Where i making love when he said it. It is all bout the mood that you guys were in....

He is telling you that he has had a reality check. In his dumb manly way he is saying you are the best he is ever going to get, that he will have to "settle" for you. That his dreams will not come true.
He better fiqure things out really quickly and present what he isn't saying. That he is lucky to have you, you are his rock and his reality. That he wants to marry you or stay married and settle down to making his real life work and give up silly chidhood dreams of being a rockstar.

I think that it's a really good thing. When guys told girls those kind of stuff, it's like saying "will u marry me''. I don't think he wants to be with any other person but u. He loves u, girl. It kind of scares me because i think that's the first time he felt that.

He means that it's THE relationship! that you're the one!
You know that song, "This is it. This time I know it's the real thing, I can't explain what a feeling..."
Maybe it scares him because he's scared of it going wrong, or he's scared to feel so strongly.
So it's a good thing, if you think that he's the one for you!

if you are not sure ask him to spell out what he means.
does he mean that thehe loves you and wants to be with you to the exclusion of all others. or does he mean this is it the last relationship i'm ever getting in as i'm unhappy.
the only way to know for certain is to ask.
i'd like to think this is a good thing. I'm guessing he actually means but does not know how to say it to you, that he loves you and he hopes you love him as much as he loves you and he hopes you want to be with him as much as he does with you.
the next step would be to get engaged if he really does love you.

It means he thinks he is in love he likes you that much he cant picture himself with another person that scares him due to he prolly could always imagine something beyond what he has now with you he cant live it up and enjoy it just dont push too much now .. be honnest and support him in his desisions and to have time with his friends youll get the same in return

on one point it sounds bad as if he had enough of the relationship and wants out. but he proably just mean that yall relationship is the one for him as in he really wants there to be something between yall two.

This probably means that he has another girlfriend and he doesn't want you anymore or only when he wants you when its convient for him, girl don't put up with that ****, straight up comin' from a sista.
