It's not impossible but the medical community tells us it's highly unlikely. Someone with AIDS has it in all of their bodily fluids, so that would include saliva, although the amount is substantially less than in their blood.
I would not be willing to knowingly take the risk...nor would I, if I had AIDS, put other people at risk by allowing or encouraging others to come in contact with any of my fluids.

Why would you want to drink after anyone? Contracting AIDS is extremely unlikely but catching cooties is a definite. Don't do it.

depends on if they have sores. If they do and you do it is very possible.This is gross but in school I learned you have to drink 5 gallons of someone spit to get from them that way.
