Perhaps after 2 years 8 months on a 4 year or 4 year 8 months on an 8 year sentence

depends on the state in Oklahoma on a 4 you can discharge a 4 in 1 year 6 months get parole after 1 year on an 8 discharge it in 3 years make parole in a little over 2 years but it better to discharge it unless you have paper time after your out

I believe the offical rule now is you have serve 70 percent of your sentence. So it your sentence is 4-8, then you will have to do about 5-6 of the term

It depends on what state you live in. Each state is different.
In ohio you must serve at least 85% of your sentence.
In N.C. you do every day of your sentence.
