i dont think that i am stuck up but this one guy told me i act like i am. i am not mean or anything. what am i doing wrong?

You don't have a lot of friends, but the ones you do have, either worship you or just follow you around like you are a queen.
You are superior to others one way or the other and people don't like you.
You are hated because you don't fit the current trend or groups.

one sign to show you are stuck up is if you see someone in the street who happens to homeless and unemployed as a result, you look straight past them as if they don't exist or you treat them like a piece of sh*t that you wipe from your shoes.
or if you only date a guy who has a a car and money for example.
if you see a guy in a bar or anywhere and you make snap judgments based on the clothes that person happens to be wearing. You may think you are superior to that person just because of how that person dresses compared to you.

but in the end you have to live with you, no one else has to. so if you can live with yourself don't worry what other people think. you should be yourself at all times. ok this may result in you being unhappy and left single or dating only the real idiots of this world but that is life. no one ever gets everything they want out of life.

When I was younger everyone thought that I was stuck up because I was very shy and did not talk much. I did not mix with other kids in school because of my shyness. That might be a sign for you.

I think since I'm an attractive girl they took that as me being too good for them ... being shy in school labeled me as stuck up ... I wouldn't take everything people tell you to heart .... they might just be insecure about them-self .... !

A lot of times people mistake shy people for stuck up people. If you're quiet, people usually think it's 'cause you think you're too good to talk to them. Or, if you really are selective about who you talk to.

I think you mean "signs." The best thing you can do is to not act as if you think you are better than other people. Other than that, don't let other people's judgments of you control your life.

did you turn him down? if so, then thats why he said it. if not, then maybe you are, just a little. but who cares, just make sure you take other people into consideration when you act or speak, and this wont be a problem
