Convert scanned pdf documents to text files?

The text is in the form of image ,so i cant copy it.
Please help .Tell me some software for converting scanned
PDF to TXT.

Try scaning it with an OCR program.

OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
Roughly US$ 500

If it is a one-time use that might not be the best one though.
Depends on how many pages/projects you've got tp go through...
