I have a tuner card, and have tried every program. They all dont work... no sound, or wrong language.

u can probably buy a few channels from ebay...they're really cheap n work great.....

If you have a tuner card, just hook up your cable line into the back of the pc. Check your user manual. Depending on how your cable line is setup, you might need to get a splitter to reroute the cable signal to more than one tv and your pc.

You can install TV v2.0 from freewarefiles.com, cnet or softpedia, etc.
