This is tricky because under most circumstances Spanish speakers don't say this unless they're being somewhat romantic, which may not be your intention.
The first answer you got, even though it's misspelled, conveys the most neutral "I like you". It should read "Me caes bien". The other 2 I saw are not really appropriate unless you mean to convey desire or romance.
"Te quiero" means "I love you," not "I like you."
"Me gustas" is harder to translate into American English but the British sense of "I fancy you" would convey it.
If it's a peer-to-peer, a "friend" situation, and you want to express a wish to be a friend, then we'd express it that way. For example, we might say "Do you want to be my friend?" ("Quieres ser mi amigo?")
