I'm 13 years old, and I really like this one boy, and he likes me too, but my mom doen't know about that, and i'm too nervous to tell her. My mom thinks that we're just friends. I want him to be my boyfriend (not a serious boyfriend I mean,) and his mom trusts me and everything, but she doesn't want us to even hold hands or anything. We've never kissed, but we've wanted to, but we know we can't because of our parents. Help?

You are 13 ... you have plenty of time for all that other stuff. For the time being enjoy just hanging out together and give the boyfriend/girlfriend & kissing stuff some more time.
The amazing thing about thinking you are smarter than your parents and that you are keeping things a secret from them. When you are grown and start talking about your childhood with them its amazing what they really knew. Mom's aren't as stupid as you want to think. After all ... they were 13 once too.
Always be honest ... Lies get you no where in life. Talk to your mom and go from there.

Well,
1. I guess his mom is just protective. I mean both of you are young afterall, maybe she's afraid if anything out of the ordinary might happen.
2. maybe you should tell you mom. Sometimes, parents knows best. And it will definitely lessen your confusion if you actually confide in your mom. I'm sure she knows what you're going through. She was 13 before afterall.

for one i don't think your mom doesn't know that you are with this guy if you two are hanging out alot then she suspect things the best thing to do is tell her you like him but at the same time when you two are together respect the house and don't show too much emotion toward one another if you want to kiss him do it but don't take it too far remember you are still young and you don't want to be a mom yet

You should really be honest to your Mom... I mean, who would you choose, your Mom or your boy friend?
If your Mom doesn't understand, try explaining why two you are together or try to tell her that he's not gonna harm you or do something bad... Your Mom knows what's best for you... Tell her pleasantly because she'll find out somehow, someday...

oh i've been there before and if your mom is as strict as mine was then im sorry but lie. they dont understand a b.f g.f for 13 year olds so just lie hold hands when they arent around just tell her your friends! thats what i used to do

do not do it behind their backs it's disrespectful. 13 is probably too young anyways.
you best bet would be to actually talk to him, and have him talk to your parents so that they get to know him. If they get along well then he can build you up and let them know he feels about you and vise-versa. (this may take months but it's more worth it than sneaking around and proving your too immature to be trusted.)

kiss when yall are alone and no one is looking and dont tell your mom about the kissing and tell your mom that yall are dating but yall arnt serious its always good to be honest trust me i learned the hard way about that
