How long should you wait to run after eating?

Depends upon how much you eat. Generally, I wait about 1.5 to 3 hours after a meal. If I eat a banana, maybe like 20 - 30 minutes. Everybody is a little different. Also, it depends upon how hard and for how long you are planning on going. If I was going to be doing interval / speed work, I don't have much to eat for at least 2 - 3 hours....

It depends how much you eat... I'd wait 30 minutes to an hour, because if you run right after eating it makes you feel sick.
