You do have a second set of molars that come in... but they are not baby teeth, and therefore do not fall out. You do not lose molars.

Generally, throughout the course of our lives we actually develop THREE sets of molars. (Including the wisdom teeth.) Usually we develop and get our second set of molars at the age of 12 (or thereabouts -- it varies from child to child). First molars usually come in at age 6.
